I just ran your new creation with an audit at Securityspace:

It took nearly 4 hours, port scans some 1500+ ports along with 773
vulnerability tests. Nothing to remark at all!   :-)

Thanks for your efforts along with Tom's Shorewall and Charles'
Dachstein image. This, indeed, looks promising!.....
