I'm not asking to reenable SF Tracker! (please not :)) 
I'm asking, if we can add a mailinglist Trac entries can be sent to, so they 
won't be overseen. (Just thought we had one for SF Tracker years ago).

Today I have to actively look into trac. I understood that it might be 
possible to mail to a list, if anything happens in trac. I don't think the 
current mailingslists shall be a target.
Therefor my idea of an "trac-listener-list".
