Hi all,
I just upgraded to Dachstien CD rc5 from rc4. I have crontab
scheduled to email me my logs which it has been doing faithfully
until today. Somehow the name lookup fails from the router. DNS is
working fine form inside the lan. I turned off dnscach to see if this
was the problem but no difference. I then added a hosts entry via
network.conf and the mail command now works. It seems however, that
there is a problem somewhere else and that I shouldn't have to put
the line in /etc/hosts but I don't know where to look. Any help to
find out why DNS is no longer working from the firewall would be
appreciated.
