I dunno if this is whats affecting you - but if you are running Seawall you 
may have to specify dnslocalports="1024:"  instead of the default "1025:" - 
as I was not getting any resolution at the router (all the machines behind 
the firewall simply had 192.168.1.254 specified as their DNS server and 
worked fine).

Also you might want to check the client machine setup to see what you have 
specified as your DNS server(s) there.  If you have add'l IPs specified 
there disable them so you are only relying on dnscache and resolution from 
the router itself instead of through it.  If resolution doesn't take place 
you are looking at an issue with the DNS config on the router.
