There is an irq "conflict": both ttyS01 and ttyS03 use irq 3 (I believe this
is "normal" DOS/Win behavior for COM2/COM4).  However, the io ports are
distinct.

RH 7.1 does not seem to have difficulty telling them apart (but Bering !=
RH, so I'll take a look at this.)
