I'd prefer not to change Income to Revenue at this time.  The two terms seem
to be largely interchangeable:

The user is free to use whatever term they desire, but I'd like Income used in
the examples, at least for 3.0.  The word "Income" appears nowhere in the
Ledger sources, so this is purely a matter of convention.
