The two terms seem to be largely interchangeable: http://www.keynotesupport.com/accounting-assets-liabilities-equity-revenue-expenses.shtml The user is free to use whatever term they desire, but I'd like Income used in the examples, at least for 3.0. The word "Income" appears nowhere in the Ledger sources, so this is purely a matter of convention. John
