(Apologies if this is a repeat -- I posted a day or two ago and haven't seen it shown up. If this doesn't speak well for my ability to manage using ledger, then, more apologies.)
I just found ledger and I love it already. I've started dual entering transactions with my old software, and my early experimentation shows it will work great for me. While I'm looking forward to writing my own bash and python scripts for data entry and manipulation, I was wondering what might be out there already for reconciliation. I want to get something working sooner so I can let go of the old software. Just something simple to balance my accounts against my statements -- preferably marking things pending and then cleared. I've seen where you can use GnuCash and Emacs for things, but I don't want to use those. Is there anything else I might try?
