I have used ledger for four years now and this is the first time this
question has been asked. I don't owe you anything. I will help but if you
continue to write as if we do owe you then I am not interested.  And I do
associate creating blank text files with turning on the computer. It is
about all I could do with the Apple ][ I started with when I was 11.
