To be clear, I don't think that the actual concrete syntax is a problem,
nor that supporting "payee: ..." in some special way (with --by-payee)
is.

I'm just observing that overloading the "payee" terminology for two
different things is confusing.  Starting to call "narration" the line
after the date would be enough to fix the issue, although of course one
would need to support the old command for a while, for backward
compatibility.
