Haven't been here in a while, but have lately upped my use of Ledger in
some significant ways. I had decided to switch from a gui accounting
package (TurboCash) to Ledger a couple of years ago, but life intervened.
I'm happy I've finally been able to start the process and am pleased with
how it's been going.

Though late in reply I thought it might still be useful to register another
data point:

  Emacs + ledger-mode

I've been an Emacs user and a cli convert for about 7 years now.
