Hi, Are you using the Blackberry Desktop software to synch, make sure it is the very latest? You could purchase a hosted Blackberry exchange from someone like Rackspace - but it'll cost!.
Check the blackberry forums - both official and unofficial as you wont be the only person to have this problem and there might be a workaround. there are quite a few disadvantages of 64bit OS and very few advantages for normal business users imho. afaik you'll have to uninstall and reinstall to go back to 32bit. ttfn Richard > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] > [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Matt Anderson > Sent: 29 September 2010 19:56 > To: list leedslist > Subject: [LU] NON LU - blackberry/outlook 2010 teccy question > > Just taken delivery of my nice new Blackberry Torch and I'm > trying to sync my contacts from Outlook 2010 > > > > However according to Blackberry I have a 64 bit version of > Windows 7 on my laptop and they don't support that and won't > do until 2011. > > > > Aside from the fact that one of the most popular business > phones doesn't work with the latest version of the most > popular email and office software > (windows/outlook) which is pretty sh1t is there anything I > can do to get it to sync with Outlook directly. > > > > Can I somehow change my Outlook to 32 bit?
