I see in the YEP that Johnson will be staying till the end of the season. As
I watched the replay on the telly this week I wondered if there would be
some magic face-saving formula found to allow resurrection of his dead
contract talks. I know that Johnson arguably bore a part of the
responsibility for each of the Arsenal goals but equally he's had a share of
the praise for a lot of the good stuff we've done over the past month or so
(probably since his contract was chucked out of the window). And he's only
23 (I think).

I give him credit for his reaction to being told he's not wanted and to the
crowd booing him. I also give him credit for his age. Then who would you
replace him with when he does go?

But what do Johnson's critics think? Richard Walker (;)) - especially as you
see more of him than the odd televised cameo - do we hope to keep him or get
rid?
