I'm fairly sure that it used to be the away team in an FA Cup tie could ask for up to 25% of the seats, and got 25% of the ticket money. Which is why all smaller clubs want a tie with one of the 'big' teams. Crawley for instance getting 25% of Old Trafford ticket money on the weekend would be like winning the lottery for them. So we should have got 25% of Old Trafford too last year, and White Hart Lane, and Emirates this year. That would add up to quite a bit of dosh. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. DRB (agreeing Leeds Pale is an excellent pint, and the demise of the Adelphi is a crying shame) _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman-new.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] MARCHING ON TOGETHER
