Buy a club, by nefarious means, take out your purchasing costs over the next 3 years so you've effectively bought it for nothing, do just enough to get to the brink of Premiership football (But ensure you don't quite make it until 5 year penalty clauses that would cost you a fortune lapse), build up the facilities and run at a profit for 3-4 years so that in the Summer of 2012 you can sell the club you bought for £10M (Or, in reality £0 - see above) for £45M Plus as it's now an atractive buy and disappear off to Monaco to live out what few days you have remaining with you ego abated and enough money in the bank to not care about anything ever.
