Mad Mike...Bates has NOTHING to do with White getting sent off. Players are so
f'ing stupid...give up the opportunity...at worst 1-1 and 11 v 11. Instead sent
off and 40 minutes to hold out and eventually face the inevitable 2-1 defeat.
