Any pro can have an off day - agreed. Comments on the list since Rachubka 
took over in goal have mainly pointed towards a no vote of no confidence. 
Perhaps this was a disaster waiting to happen? Did the manager see that on 
the horizon? He has to have the ability to assess and weigh up players 
mental states as well as their "on the pitch" performances.
