as a mid table 2nd div team, keeping 2 top class keepers on your books is very difficult - if not impossible. When an emergency happens and you have to call on your 2nd string keeper, it is a risk. Grayson minimised the risk as he bought in a very experienced guy he'd known previously. Even so it didn't work, but I can't see what else he could do Rab is at fault for stupid mistakes.
Grayson has provided us a playoff, promotion and a decent mid table finish.
