Think it's a combination of things. Grayson does seem to not get the best out of his players for full seasons. Why? Well, perhaps that is the unease and uncertainty caused by the MS.
That said, Grayson also seems to be no tactician. I spent most of the match reading shite on Twitter. Nothing to excite on the pitch at all.
