Bates gave redfearn the extra 3 MATCHES. That would be Saturday just gone, last night, and this Saturday. In my world that makes 7 days, and that would be a WEEK, not a MONTH.
And it's you who are the divvy (now I really do feel like I'm in a school playground), please explain again how/why you think spending an extra £10m (what exact figure would suit you?) would make a difference to us getting promoted or not? The question is, would spending more money on wages/transfers guarantee promotion? I suggest not. Your examples of Norwich and Swansea seem to bear that out? You are crying about the fact Bates doesnt spend a higher % of turnover on wages, do you therefore believe that a teams position/success is based on the wages they spend? If you do, we wont get promoted because we still cant compete with the ex prem clubs, and only 3 teams get promoted. If you dont, then why are you crying about the % of turnover spent? In absolute terms are we spending enough on wages, historically, that *could* get us promoted if we had the right management team? Yes is the answer, look at your examples, Norwich & Swansea. Please act like an adult.. if Ken Bates is upsetting you go and scream and wail at him, not me. Still doesnt alter the fact that last night we lost because of the team Redfearn picked and the subs he made. _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] PETE CASS (1962 - 2011) Rest In Peace Mate
