The striking charateristic of Grayson's Leeds was their ability to play football which surprised Liverpool, ManU, Tottenham & Arsenal. Whilst you may have had to kick your way out of the second division in the old days, I think that QPR & Norwich (entre autres) have shown you're more likely nowadays to play your way out, and Sunday's Leeds didn't look like they could.
