I think I have been around since the early 90s.  Remember the IRC stuff
very well as I was living in Manc at the time and I had a big aerial fitted
to the roof so I could pick up commentary.  I even used Netmeeting so one
luck lister could connect and listen to live comms while I typed away on
the PC.

The only memory I have of that era was when we were playing portsmouth, and
a pompey fan was on the chat and I kept spelling Igoe as Igor and he kept
getting would up about it...  :)
