Thanks for that Rich. I'd like to review your predictions and give an assessment of how many you get right but it actually turns out you haven't got a view on most things you just sit on the fence and point out when other people are wrong. Nowt wrong with that I suppose but this is football and its all about opinions, isn't that the point of the list ? In terms of Becchio , yes he has proved me wrong on many occassions - he even cost me £20 and even down to scoring 6 penalties - I would have put a fair wager on him missing a good proportion of them. I am staggered that any PL team wants him but lets not jump the gun, he's not gone yet and if you look into the detail of the move , Hughton is basically shipping out someone who he says is not good enough and getting someone in who is taking a punt on without financial risk. Becchio is probably on less money than Morison. Lets see what happens. Where was the 4 million bid from Wigan ? So, having admitted I have been wrong on occassions. Lets look at some other facts: We have played without him on a few occasions this season - Spurs at home, Soton at Home and Brum away (FA Cup), arguable 3 of our best performances. Our goals against Spurs were a breath of fresh air, balls played behind their defence with our players taking it on a finishing spectacularly. Becchio has never scored a goal like that. So in summary, I think we'll benefit from his depature and will be a better side without him. Good luck to him but let's be honest, he's going to fail big time. - you check that prediction Rich in a few months. I look forward to your assessment.

You've spent years saying he's the "worst ever player for Leeds", losing money on bets and being proved wrong, saying he'll only score penalties, then he gets 4 or 5 more after that, saying he Only scores a yard out, then out come the stats to disprove that, then you say that no PL team would want him or than no one would pay more than two bob, yet there have been several bids from abroad and now here we are he's prob going to a premier league team and we might even get a few quid for him, or at least a player valued at 2 or 3 million, now you say that Norwich are odds on favourites for relegation, but any one can see they aren't? FFS mate, either leave off the vino blanco or just admit it, like the rest of us amateurs you know nowt ;) _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] PETE CASS (1962 - 2011) Rest In Peace Mate _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] PETE CASS (1962 - 2011) Rest In Peace Mate
