Looking at the table now we are 5 points ahead but played a game more than
most. Another day like yesterday (quite possible) and we could slip 6 places
easily.

Some of the teams haunted by relegation all season are a couple of points
behind us.

We are not yet safe and wouldn't have picked up another point with warnock in
charge.

Now if Naylor is given a chance for the last 6 games (academy is finished now
isn't it??) we could have the benefit of a fan in charge, a bit of passion,
players fired up. We wouldn't have lost yesterday because a motivated fired up
defender would have been first to that penalty rebound. He would get 6 games to
get a taste for the job, the academy kids would learn more from him and in a
couple of years he could become a candidate for the job once McDermott/ O'Neill
etc.. are sacked with us in 12th in the championship.

As for permanent boss, with Adkins gone there is no outstanding candidate
