If Cellino really wants to galvanise the club, he should make Norwich an offer they can't refuse for Howson, and then build a team around him.
I'd still like to see a different owner, but the tax 'victory' makes that seem highly improbable. If he wants to be accepted as anything other than a complete bellend, then he needs to get the next managerial selection correct!
