No argument from me re Rooney - in what world did anyone think playing
ponderous mishit passes back to our defence, or occasionally over the full
backs heads, were the way to go. Also, Joe Hart - he acts llike a nutter before
the game - I agreed with Lee Dixon or Ian Wright who said he was too pumped,
and should be calming down. Anyway, 4 games, 2 howlers - get Frazer Foster in!.
As for Sterling - runs like a girl, tackles like a girl, dives like a fanny,
and is always huffing and puffing despite doing zilch. Why Hodgson did not play
Barkley, who knows how to run at defences, I don't know. Ditto Stones - he may
make the off error bringing the ball out, but he can play football and is
quick. Cayhill is too slow! Back to Rooney - of course it was he who lost the
man at the long throw - pathetic. If he had any brains, he'd either retire, or
revert to being a forward in the Championship, where he could do a good job.
As weeks go, the last 5 days have been grim - never mind the list being down,
the whole country is!!
