No argument re Wiedewald - an utter fanny! Noted that Paul Robinson is saying
post match that Leeds need to address the goalie situation. No shit!
First half everything went wrong, aside from having anyone sent off. Terrible
goalie, shite passing, defence nervous as hell. Second half they got the
jitters, our luck changed, the crowd went into overdrive and you could FEEL the
tide had turned. Good finish from Lasogga (although I have to be honest and
cursed him over and over earlier with his half-hearted prods at the ball and
poor holding it up), the crowd sucked the second one in (I’d be careful if I
was Roofe with that putting his fingers in his ears and his arrogance, because
essentially he is out of his depth at this level, and we all f***ing know it),
and Lasogga did his best to give us the fairytale ending.
No doubt Heckingbottom is affecting our style, but I hope he’s now aware of
this groups limitations and tailors our short-term aspirations accordingly.
