Logically what you say is probably correct, but if we cannot find better than
that then we're in for another season of what might have been. I'd rather see
Ryan Edmonson given a proper run in a functioning team than witness the likes
of Roofe pansying around up front, and that ridiculous 'little-man puffing his
chest out' when he scores thing! Roofe came as a proven goalscorer from Oxford,
but imho, he hasn't successfully bridged the gap, despite the goals. He might
thrive in a team with a two-pronged attack, but whether that will happen under
Heckingbottom I don't know.

We defo need a couple of strikers, but he scored 14 goals and probably only
played half the available games (?), so actually a return of 14 goals isn’t
bad. He’s not going to fire us into the premiership, but as a back-up, I’d
keep him unless we get offered silly money.
