I agree about Douglas (he was dead on his feet at 70 minutes) but I'm not
sure I do about Bakke? Do you really think he had such a great game? Derry
was outstanding and maybe Bakke basked in his shadow. I dont know but I
just thought Bakke was ok.
I thought he was a bit more than OK but I agree he wasn't as good as Derry.
I think he should keep his place as maybe Derry's return to form was because
he knew he had someone to take his place as midfield holder if he ventured
forward. I thought Miller also benefited from having two "enforcers" rather
than poor old Derry having to do it all on his own.
I dont disagree about Crainey looking vulnerable but come on. Along with
Douglas what about Mr Kelly? Gave away several needless free-kicks in
dangerous positions and was as usual asleep when the ball was played to
the back stick for their goal.
Don't disagree with that as it wasn't one of Kelly's better games, but he
has been consistently pretty good for most of the season whereas Crainey, in
my opinion, has been consistently shite. It's a great shame Harding was
injured just when he seemed to be coming to terms with life at Leeds and
looked to be turning into a useful young player.
