Yes indeed - but even more interesting is an article buried in the back of 
todays Observer saying that the FA are 'investigating' the precise nature of 
an 'agreement' that caused Everton to field their reserve keeper against 
Scum a couple of weeks ago.

Perhaps they could add to their investigation the precise nature of Phil 
Neville's frame of mind when he blasted the ball into the back of his own 
net to gift the Scum an ill deserved equaliser in the same game....

As for us - what could possibly go wrong now - hang on, one Gerald Krasner 
is saying that up to seven consortia could challenge the Bates buy back at a 
meeting to be held in a couple of months time - there goes the preseason 
planning then.....division 4 here we come!
