For those who do not have the deluxe edition, but wish to strip HTML, here
is a way that works for me.
Save your HTML text in Notepad or other text only file, with the type as
.HTML, not .TXT.
Right-click on the file in Windows Explorer, and select Open. It will open
in a browser window displaying the HTML decoded. Copy that, and paste it
into Legacy Notes - no HTML. But you need to save it and then open it again
to see what formatting Legacy will preserve.
