Sherry, I can read as well as ever, there are NO install.log file unless it's
hidden undersomething else.  Maybe there has to be said file but I'm telling
you there isn't one there.  Perhaps it got corrupted when I updated Legacy.
At the very bottom is the following files:  Unwise and just above that are two
files, uninstall Legacy 6.0 and uninstall Legacy 7.0.  Clicking on either 6.0
or 7.0 uninstall files givew me exacthly the same thing.  "could not open
Install.log file"  When trying to do something in Legacy, I get runtime error 5.
Phil

Did you delete the files as specified and reinstall Legacy?

There *has* to be an install.log file in the c:\Legacy folder if the
installation completed.

Thanks for using Legacy.

That's all well and good Sherry, except I've tried that several times.  I
have no install.log file.  Repeat:  no install.log file.
Phil

For the uninstall problem:

With Legacy closed, go to the c:\Legacy folder on your hard drive. Delete
the install.log file.  Then go to the c:\Legacy\Backup folder and delete any
files there with the word "install" in the file name.

Reinstall Legacy with the latest build from our website and you should have
no problem uninstalling.

Thanks for using Legacy.
