Sherry, I can read as well as ever, there are NO install.log file unless it's hidden undersomething else. Maybe there has to be said file but I'm telling you there isn't one there. Perhaps it got corrupted when I updated Legacy. At the very bottom is the following files: Unwise and just above that are two files, uninstall Legacy 6.0 and uninstall Legacy 7.0. Clicking on either 6.0 or 7.0 uninstall files givew me exacthly the same thing. "could not open Install.log file" When trying to do something in Legacy, I get runtime error 5. Phil

Delete the install.log file. Then go to the c:\Legacy\Backup folder and delete any files there with the word "install" in the file name.
