I belong to about 20 different lists and I subscribe to all of them in digest mode. They are usually sent no more than once in a 24 hour period. They come more often if there are a lot of emails. Digest mode is very helpful to me. I can open the email and see the list of topics and know if I can just delete the entire email. Usually, that is not what I do. I have subscribed in this manner for about ten years and find it very beneficial. It would be helpful to me if the Legacy group were available in digest mode. Rootsweb offers both modes. To each his own.
