Patricia, You should be able to paste the broken link into the address bar of your browser in two parts. Copy the top section from the email to your browser address bar. Highlight by dragging your mouse cursor over the second part Use CTRL-C to copy the second part to the Windows clipboard Paste the second part into the browser address bar using CTRL-V making sure there is no extra space between the parts. Click Go or press enter to go to the pasted address.
