Helen,

After you select "Potential Problems" from the Reports Menu you should
see another window open where you can set the options for the report.
On the "Warnings" tab there is a option to "Warn if Burial Date is more
than" and then a user settable number of days.  Sounds like you may have
the number of days set too low.  I have mine set to 30 days and have the
check box ticked.  Using these settings I don't get the burial showing
up as a problem.  I would play around with this setting to see if it helps.
