Sylvia, The way those of us who use the Location field for the full address do this is to reverse the order in which the Location appears eg change to England, Kent, Canterbury, 3 Cathedral Close. To do this go to View>Master Lists>Location. Select Sort (next to the Globe) and check the Right to Left radio button. Then ensure that the check box next to the Sort button (on the Location Screen) is also checked.
By the way, I would always include the country - England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland as part of the location, because if you ever publish on the web or elsewhere readers may not realise which country you are talking about!
