You might need to set it to Compatibility Mode for a previous version of 
Windows.  I've had to do this for a number of programs including Legacy under 
Windows 7.

Legacy standard edition is installed in its own separate directory
c:\legacy on my new computer running Windows 7 after being the install
program was downloaded from the Legacy site yesterday.

When I click on either the desktop icon or the .exe program in the files
list, nothing happens. They program doesn't start - absolutely nothing.

What should I do?
