Select the box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and from the drop-down list select Windows XP. Mine shows Service Pack 2 and 3. I select 3 because it's the latest. This may not be a solution, but the only thing I can think of when older programs don't work in Windows 7. I've had to replace a lot of software because of Windows 7. Legacy usually runs either with Compatibility on or off, but occasionally with it off I've had some minor issues after the software loaded. I've never had a problem with it not loading at all under Windows 7. When I click on either the desktop icon or the .exe program in the files list, nothing happens. They program doesn't start - absolutely nothing. What should I do?
