As you've probably realised, your stepson doesn't show up because Legacy
is all about genealogy and genealogically speaking he is not a
descendant of you father.

One idea that comes to mind is that you could temporarily add your
stepson as a child of your own (ie as a child of the marriage of you and
his father) just for the purposes of the chart.  After printing, you
could go over the line linking him with a highlighter pen or something
and write a brief explanatory note if you wanted people to know what the
exact relationship was, or just leave it as is if you want him to be
considered exactly as any other children.
