Helen: Why do they need to be magnified? Are they low resolution images? I had this problem some years ago and rescanned all of my photos back in so in case they needed to be magnified I wouldn't be looking at blurry pixels. If you have the ability to rescan any photos, I would do it and with a size of at least 100KB. Anything less looks terrible when magnified. I prefer 200KB and above. I also do initial scans at much higher resolutions, uncompressed in TIF format as masters in case I don't have access to the original photos anymore.
I think the Picture Centre in Legacy needs a major overhaul. The entire process of attaching hundreds of images is just too tedious. Also, I haven't found a way to link to pictures outside the Picture Centre I've added within it. For instance, grave photos that I've put in the Picture Centre don't seem to be available under Events. I'm finding myself having to add them again. This means loading Picture Centre, scrolling down to the first unattached picture shown, closing Picture Centre, finding the right person and attaching the picture. Then I have to go through the same process all over again, except scroll down tediously through a huge list until the next unattached picture appears. Is there an easier way of doing this? Is it possible to make a text file list of unattached pictures? Couldn't find anything in Help, I checked, nor in Search.
