This is perfect for the TO DO list. As you find a new person, create the
individual info with the main screen, then before leaving that person make a
TODO. Example: You found Mary and Steve's marriage record, make two TODOs for
them, one each, stating find birth and death next. Then it makes the list with
only the people needing work, which you can prune for those needing only one
type of record. As a person is completed and sourced, remove them from the list.

I am working with Germans from Russia.  There is indexing available on line for
birth, death & marriage records from the 1830's through the 1880's.  When I
find the name of a parent I go and pick up all the information from the indexes
for that family and put it into the notes.  Then when I have time, I go back
and do the data entry and sourcing for the family.  I want to tag just an
individual not a whole group.  I may have 7 or 8 people I need to find to
finish their information at a time.  As I work with exit records, parents are
listed and I try to put the whole family together.  After I tag an individual,
how then do I find that person quickly again.  The number 1 or 2 or 3 show and
turn blue but when I click on it nothing happens.  Where do I go to find that
person with the tag.  Yes, I can go to the name list or Index but I do not
always remember the name I am looking for.  I am data entering close to a 100
people a day.  I need to
fully understand how to tag individuals so I can quickly find them to finish
them up.
