The program is set up to 'discourage using basic, but is allowed. First check the Basic System box, Then choose Add. The pop up window asks 'You really meant to pick Source writer instead of Basic?' (my translation) but choosing NO will take you to the Basic tool. The box 'Remember my decision and don't ask again' only remembers if you choose Source Writer' and forgets if you choose Basic.
