>From my experience the Legacy default location does not mater.  In my
database the
default is still C:/Legacy/Pictures.  But all of my pictures are located
in C:/Genealogy Records/ and then subfolder and sometimes even a subfolder
of that.
And Legacy can always find the pictures.  If you will go to a person with a
picture
and open that picture and then click the "Edit" button the details about the
picture will
open and near the bottom of the window you will see the exact location of
that picture
and the name of the file.  That is how Legacy knows where a picture is not
by the
default location listed in the Options setting of the program.

Make backups of your files and try it.
