I did. It works, as per your instructions. So, in actual fact, "Default location of picture, sound, video and document files" on Options - Locations could read
"Default MASTER location of picture, sound, video and document files", the word "master" being my addition. That's what caused my confusion. I'll know now that "master" is in there, just invisible.
