Yes, Dennis, I agree that the FDB files are no problem.

For a renewed installation, one needs
1. The database file; it is in the location described in
Customise-Locations; and all the other files (pictures etc.)
associated with it in the locations described there
2. The .usr files from C:\Program Files\Legacy
3. The .rf1 files defining report settings - wherever they are to be
found. I always keep a directory for them alongside my data directory,
and when I have a report as I want it, I save to that directory.
4. Others that I don't know about, such as spelling etc. Book reports
etc seem to produce vast numbers of files without extensions.
Liz, 1,2 & 3 should cover most of what you need.
Brian, I can't support an Outlook-like file, as it completely stops
one seeing exactly what is going on. All we need is for Millennium to
add one path to the options - for the .usr & rf1 files, dictionary
etc.
