I'm a bit confused abvout what a pop up box is! Are these the Marriage inform and Individual's information?
These maximise, resize quite happily on my system independently of maximising or resizing the main screen so I don't see how they be 'squished' when you size them yourself. But perhaps there are pop up boxes I don't know about. What mouse clicks do you do to get a 'pop up box'? I upgraded to 7.4 on Vista (inc SP2) and don't seem to get any problems running Legacy. Are the problems associated with a particular operating system? Windows 7 probably still has a few quirks in it.
