Ron When I try to create the report it gives an error message saying that only endnotes at end of the report is supported. It then asks if you want to use endnotes.

There is no need to actually create this report, simply select the Footnotes option and check the RTF radio button. It will either produce a message saying you can't, or it will let you carry on. There is no need to go any further.
