Ron found how to get footnotes. Be aware that they are linked, which means that if a higher numbered footnote has the same source and details as a lower numbered footnote, the higher numbered footnote will not give the source and details. It will show the number of the footnote that does show the source and details. Thus, the footnotes are "linked."
Here is Ron's discovery: "Eureka!!! The difference is in a setting in Options>Customise>Sources, which gives a choice between linked and unlinked sources."
