Hi Maureen, My first thought is to make sure you are not using the same file. It sounds like you are not, however sometimes when the split screen ask's you if you would you like to open another file, I inadvertently opened my same file again. That is just food for thought. It sounds like you are opening and split screen with both. Other than that, I will climb back under my rock and observe.
