James, I completely agree with the final paragraph of Mike's reply. It should be framed and put into a window which pop-ups whenever the Location Field is opened! I have one additional comment. If you arrange for the Location List to read from right to left View>Master List>Locations>Sort, set the radio button next to the Sort button and after clicking the button, on the right there is a box which allows you to set the sort order. When you print the Location List uder the Options Tab at the bottom, click the radio button "use the current sorted order...". The Report will now read something like: England, Lancashire, St Helens, St Helens Cemetery, Plot 345 England, Lancashire, St Helens, St Helens Cemetery, Plot 470 England, Lancashire, St Helens, St Helens Cemetery, Plot 571 etc. Ron Ferguson _____________________________________________________ Create your Website with Legacy, see Tutorials at: http://www.fergys.co.uk Includes the family tree for Alan J Grimshaw http://www.fergys.co.uk/Grimshaw/ For The Fergusons of N.W.
