Dede,

I Hope I am on the right screen for you! So I will describe how I get there.

Right click on a child>Childrens Settings, At the bottom are three boxes
Child status, Relationship to Father, Relationship to Mother. They each have
a blue down arrow at the end of the box. Clicking this arrow for the father
and mother gives the master list of the options. I take it that what you are
saying is that this box only contains "Adopted". If so, on the right hand
side is an ADD button, hit this and add Biological, step and any others you
may wish.
